Hero MotoCorp has introduced a 24×7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) program for its customers in India. Those in need of this service can easily access the RSA through either a toll-free number or Hero’s customer app. To enrol for the RSA program, customers will have to visit their nearest Hero customer touchpoint and pay an inaugural annual subscription fee of Rs 350.
However, anyone purchasing the Xtreme 160R, Xtreme 200S or XPulse 200 will get RSA as complimentary for a period of 1 year. This scheme has been effective from 1st October 2020. The RSA programs benefits include on-call support, tow to the nearest Hero workshop or service centre, fuel delivery in case of fuel run-out, jump start for the battery, flat tyre support, repair on the spot, accident-related assistance and key retrieval support.
Additionally, Hero is also organising a Mega Service Carnival for its customers. This initiative will be taking place across the country till October 10, 2020. Benefits include discount of service labour charges, free washing/polishing/nitrogen filling, exchange offers of up to Rs 3000 on a new vehicle purchase, additional points for GoodLife customers and an annual maintenance contract package.
